Selling Policy
  • We are member of ASI (#51040) and PPAC (#20031212) and SAGE Canada (#64470) and SAGE USA (#51567).

  • We sell to distributors only.

  • Please fill out our contact form and we will direct you to your nearest distributor.

Purchase Orders

Prior the commencement of any production work, details must be received by email, or fax (email is preferred).


Artwork Requirement
  • We only accept your artwork by email.

  • Artwork is kept on file for (12) months.

  • Accepted file types are; Adobe Illustrator (2020 or lower / .ai or .eps) with all text 'outlines, CorelDraw (2019 or lower /.cdr) with all text converted to 'curves', and PDF file (with 'outlined' text is saving from Illustrator, or 'curves' if saving from Corel.

  • Our production facility reserves the right to substitute materials (of equal or better quality) for all products featured on our website.

  • Exact PMS (color matching) cannot be guaranteed at 100%.


Pre-Production Samples
  • If needed, we can produce pre-production samples, for an additional fee.


  • We will submit a virtual proof (in PDF or JPG format), at no extra cost to the buyer.

  • When this proof is approved, the order will be produced accordingly.

  • Any errors on the proof not brought to our attention becomes the buyer' responsibility.

  • Furthermore, liability resulting from the error(s) is also the buyer's responsibility.

Production Time
  • Normal production time is 15 - 18 business days (from final approval).

  • Production will begin when the signed proof approval reaches our facility.

  • Changes to proofs will delay production until all changes are approved.


Cancelled Orders
  • Cancellations are subject to all costs incurred to date, and any request for cancelled orders will be reviewed on a case by case basis.


Return Policy (manufacturing defect)
  • In the event of a manufacturing defect, all returns must be requested  within 5 days of the order being received.

  • Considerations for these returns can not be accommodated if requests have been made more than 5 days after the reception of the goods.

  • Please contact us to receive a pre-authorized number.  We will not proceed without this pre-authorized number.


  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • It is usually due to the exchange rates (Canada vs USA) and volatility of the raw material.


  • The proper transfer of your order (to a recognized carrier) also transfers liability.

  • All claims of any nature (e.g. : loss, damage, theft, breakage, late delivery) must be made with the carrier at point of delivery.

Split/Drop Shipments
  • When orders require shipment on different dates; the entire order is billed upon the first shipment.

  • Moreover, orders must be completely shipped within 12 months.

  • Split/drop shipments incur a handling charge per address ($5.00), plus shipping.


  • Usually net 30 days. We will confirm with client depending on the order.

  • New clients are required to make full payment in advance with the order. (via Credit Card, Paypal or bank transfer).



I hereby declare and say that I am duly authorized and allowed to print or reproduce the logos, trademarks or copyrights that I requested Du Pont Impression Inc. to reproduce in whole or in part. I also declare that the logos, trademarks or copyrights that I requested Du Pont Impression Inc. to reproduce comply with the law in effect.  Thus, I waive any liability claim or recourse against Du Pont Impression Inc. based on the reproduction of such intellectual proprieties and hereby agree and covenant to represent and act as its agent if any claim should arise against Du Pont Impression Inc..I hereby agree and covenant to indemnify Du Pont Impression Inc. for any damages that could result from the reproduction in part or in whole of said logos, trademarks or copyrights.
